saracanada 04-09-2003 04:19 PM	Hi Wai, COuld you tell me if is it Ok to have avocado with a pinch of sugar ? I don't like avocado mixed in the salad, and throughout my life I've always had avocado with sugar. Could you please advise ? Thank you.

engesongwok 04-13-2003 06:28 PM	I used to make 'shakes' using dried skim milk, sugar and avocados. I don't do this anymore, per warnings about excess calcium, and other problems with milk. I have heard of people mixing honey with avocados, sounds a little bit too rich & sweet for me.
