| vangogh 03-14-2003 10:48 AM | You mentioned that soft plastic is harmful for you. Then how am I to store my fruits when I am on the go? Also, If I cut up my fruits do they need to be refrigerated or can I just let them be. I am a college student and I dont always have access to a refrigerator. Is it okay to injest honey? Thank you and Godspeed |

Some people have looked at me strangely when I pull fruit out of a sock...but usually it ends up as a humorous moment for lunch. When I eat fruit that needs cutting up, I usually eat those at home. Or, I take a knife, plate, napkins and a small towel with me, and cut it up before eating it. This reduces the need for a fridge. Actually, the only items I keep in my fridge are eggs and grapes or fruit which is fully ripe. Raw nuts in the shell are also ideal for situations when you don't have a fridge. They don't squash like fruit. A nutcraker and small crevass tool are easy to carry. |
