If I don't want to eat any oil or nuts, just
avocadoes, can I do that? I mean if I have to eat the avocadoes separately as they don't combine with other fruits (than tomato, cucumber)...I will always be eating fruit alone and fat later. will my blood sugar fluctuate too much if I don't combine sugars and fat directly? It would be so simple and easy to just eat two avocadoes (and yolks in the morning) and then no other type of fat...I'm having trouble getting nuts anyway

if you eat some animal food regularly, yes, you perfectly can...

ah, THAT is your question... well, them mys answer is: "you do need the fat directly with the sugars, so, yes, you do need the oil or nuts...
