you might like 'the bite'?
many people don't like to eat 'soft food'.

the riper, the better though... (until it starts to decompose of course)

Hi, i use to eat a lot of not exactly {ripened fruits}, does this cause acne or have any health
effects? for example i eat a avocado which is not totally ripened, will this cause acne? The reason i dont eat too many ripened fruits is because is hard to find them ripened where i live, and when i buy them i am really hungry and i just ate them at the time.'

thank you

When I purchase fruit, I anticipate eating them about 3 to 4 days later. So, I always have a bunch of fruit ripening in my room. Its a balancing act that takes some practice to judge ripeness, or when you think fruit will ripen. Also practice so that you do not over purchase fruit.

I have never experienced acne from eating unripe fruit. However, I find eating unripe fruit an unpleasant experience. I think digestive problems or nutritional defiencies are the more likely problems associated with eating unripe fruit on a prolonged basis.

yes, eating unripe fruits is bad for your health, and will eventually cause your body to stop wanting to eat these fruits
in theory, it can also cause acne, because eating unripe fruits can impair your digestion, which may result in the uptake of (partially) incompletely digested protein
do you have acne now?
