I have found a few different types of mineral water...the thing is I'm not sure what it is I'm looking for in the water itself and what the term 'low mineral Water' actually means!

The following waters I found are:-

Cool Blue
Pure & Natural New Zealand Mineral Water
No Additives . No Preservatives
mg/l
Fluoride 0.2
Calcium 8.7
Magnesium 3.6
Potassium 2.5
Nitrate 0.1

Evian
Natural Mineral Water
mg/l
Bicarbonates 357
Sulphates 10
Nitrates 3.8
Calcium 78
Magnesium 24
Sodium 5
Potassium 1
Chlorides 4.5

& Volvic

Would I be correct in saying that Cool Blue Pure & Natural New Zealand Mineral Water would be the best??

Hey Wayne...

Have you read this thread and this one? You should get a pretty good idea of what to look for. Keep in mind that you can always use distilled water. It's free of minerals, inexpensive, and readily available. I buy it for $0.69/gal at the local grocery store.

I'm in the middle east things are not advanced as the US..I can not find distilled water anywhere! non of the large super markets stock it. there are very few health stores so if they did sell it, i think it would be expensive for a small amount

No, not at all; it may contain little or much, we simply don't know.
