Wai 12-23-2002 12:22 PM	When it doesn't say on the label, it definitely is NOT sun dried fruit, but, unfortunately, you can't be sure when it says on the label that it IS sun dried... A way to find out, for those with acne, is by first clearing your skin totally (without eating dried fruits), and then adding a specific kind of dried fruits to your diet. If you break out, you know it is not the right brand / kind.
