I never paid attention to eating olive oil after fruits to stymie spiking of blood-glucose, and I've still had a big improvement in my face. In people's experience does this make much of a difference? Also, would eating a banana or other fruit with more fat last help any, as opposed to just eating fruit that is almost all fructose?

Regarding acne, just some of us are suceptible to too much fluctuating blood sugar levels, but for those that are, it IS a big problem.

Fruits contain too little fat to stabilize the blood sugar level, except for avocado.
