| rick 10-18-2002 12:46 PM | I never paid attention to eating olive oil after fruits to stymie spiking of blood-glucose, and I've still had a big improvement in my face. In people's experience does this make much of a difference? Also, would eating a banana or other fruit with more fat last help any, as opposed to just eating fruit that is almost all fructose? |
| Wai 10-22-2002 03:01 PM | Regarding acne, just some of us are suceptible to too much fluctuating blood sugar levels, but for those that are, it IS a big problem. Fruits contain too little fat to stabilize the blood sugar level, except for avocado. |
