Hello!

I've been experimenting with my cucumber-avocado-tomato (sans chives) salad and putting less than half-a-teaspoon of minced white onions and fresh ginger. Are these two okay or do they have enzyme-inhibitor qualities?

Also, as I like sour-tasting dishes, I've been covering the salad with sprays and sprays of fresh lemon juice. Any reason to worry?

Thank you!

By the way, I take 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil before consuming the salad (and fruits).

Thanks!

Onions contain enzyminhibitors indeed, so they are not so good, but consuming so little wount do much harm.
Ginger is hot / spicey, and can therefore easily cause acne.
