| sunny 10-18-2002 11:46 AM | Hello! I've been experimenting with my cucumber-avocado-tomato (sans chives) salad and putting less than half-a-teaspoon of minced white onions and fresh ginger. Are these two okay or do they have enzyme-inhibitor qualities? Also, as I like sour-tasting dishes, I've been covering the salad with sprays and sprays of fresh lemon juice. Any reason to worry?
