| jposamen 09-07-2002 07:31 PM | Hi Everybody, I was wondering if eating lots of low-glycemic fruits is similarly problematic to eating fewer high-glycemic fruits. Put differently, if I eat 10 apples and 10 oranges (both low glycemic), would I produce more or less insulan than if I eat, say, one banana (high glycemic)? Thank! -Jordan- |

Overeating on fruits is practically impossible. Make sure to balance your diet by consuming fats with every sugar meal, and check out this thread. |
