Hi Everybody,

I was wondering if eating lots of low-glycemic fruits is similarly problematic to eating fewer high-glycemic fruits.

Put differently, if I eat 10 apples and 10 oranges (both low glycemic), would I produce more or less insulan than if I eat, say, one banana (high glycemic)?

Thank!

You should not worry about the glycemic influence of different fruits. Insulin resistence is not caused by eating high-glycemic fruits, but by overeating. Overeating on fruits is practically impossible.
Make sure to balance your diet by consuming fats with every sugar meal, and check out this thread.
