| monica 09-08-2002 01:33 AM | You mentioned that lemons have quite a bit of citric acid (is that a bad thing?). Does this mean that we should eat them in small quantities? Should i not start out the day by juicing 1 to 2 lemons mixed with distilled water and raw honey? Do you know of any benefits to this combination on an empty stomach? |

| RRM 05-11-2003 10:55 AM | I guess it's okay to add a few drops of their juice to a salad, as a flavour. Wai was referring to eating whole / chunks of lemon or lime, or drinking their juice, which is not okay. |
