hi Wai,

you say raisins are perfect to eat in this diet, they are whole dried grapes with the skin right?
the skin can only be removed by hand and that takes a lot of time... what about pesticides?
do raisins (and other dried fruits) contain pesticides because they are not peeled?
you say ALL fruits have to be peeled, even grapes.

Wai,
Do you peel all fruit to avoid pesticides or excess fiber?? Do you peel organic fruit as well?

Yes, you are right, their skin does contain pesticides, like other dried fruits. I do peel dried dates, figs and apricots, but not raisins... [Embarrassed]

For both reasons, and yes, I do peel organic fruit as well; digestion just feels finer that way.
