Wai,
You suggested adding oil to the freshly made juice, how much should I add for an 8 oz glass. I bought some coconut oil that I think will mix well with the fruit juice. Please let me know.

That totally depends on your taste / how much you can 'endure'.
I usually fill 1.5 L bottles with fresh orange juice, and if I need a lot of energy that day, I add quite some sugar and about 50 to maxiamlly 100 gram oil to each bottle.
So, that varies between 3.5% and 6.5%.
So, for me, I would add about 1.8 to 3.3 teaspoons of oil to a 8 oz glass of orange juice.
But, that is me.

i didnt realize you made so much juice for one day, Wai. i usually make a couple glasses worth. guess i should start to not buy the organic fruit anymore and stick to the conventional fruit which is alot less money. that way i will have more fruit to make more juice. is this ok or does organic matter? also.. if i fill a 2 litre bottle can i drink it over the course or 2 days (stored in the fridge) or does it have to all be consumed the day you make it?

If you don't need to watch your weight )I easily losew eight if i don't drink juices so much), drinking those juices is not essential, and you can stick to the whole fruits.

Of course, organic is better, but if you have to chose between eating enough by consuming juices and consuming organic produce, then maintaining your weight is more essential.

This differs per juice, but orange juice you should consume the same day, or maximally one day later.

Wai. thank you for answering my previous questions. but, im still quite curious on 2 more things. first, how important is it to use different varieties of fruit in the right combinations? usually when i juice my fruit, i just throw in my favorite well-ripened fruit, not paying attention to the combination (example: bananas, oranges, apples, mangos, peaches, pinapple). secondly, when you say you add sugar to your juices, how much sugar is added and what type? would regular white cane sugar be fine or is something like fructose better?

If you ingest all required nutrients (check the nutrient calculator!), it is not, except that some fruits don't combine well.
But thos fruits that you mention are not difficult to combine, indeed.

I personally prefer sugar that contains the most common combination of sugars in fruits: glucose and fructose. (cane sugar=sucrose = glucose + fructose)
Add to your likings; your body will tell you when it is too much; you just need to listen, and , of course, you need to add fat too!

What are the recommended amounts of oils per day?
Did you say to add sugar and oil to our fruit juices? Is honey good and can be used instead of sugar here?

You need to consume fat with every sugar meal. There is general guideline for this; check out this thread: link

Sure, honey is good. Adding some oil and sugar to juices helps you to ingest sufficient energy to prevent the loss of muscle weight. (check out that section)
