08:29 PM		Hi I was just wondering if rolled oats are raw or not, and if they are not, how bad are they?

08:37 AM		They are never really raw, because then they would go bad too soon. They are rolled with a hot roller, to kill enzymes that make the oats go bad.
The commercially sold rolled oats are therefore never really raw (even if it is claimed so on the label).
