| Simontreally 05-05-2003 11:37 AM | HiYa wai I have followed the diet for almost two weeks very strictly, so i thought. I couldnt understand why i still have fiece spots appearing, and i just told myself, its your skin clearing out all the bacteria. i have identifyed my acne is greatly affected by too much fluctuating blood sugar levels, from not consuming enough fat after eating fruits This makes sence as i used to drink alot of Pepsi before the diet, and had very deep fiece acne then. Do you have any special tips on how to adapt this in the diet. I really need to get hold of brazil nuts, as this diet is very hard without them. After eating fruits i consume half the sugar amount in olive oil, although this is horrible to drink with water! (and theres quite alot to drink) im paranoid about not consuming enough fat now, and drank way too much olive oil and feel sick. In food items like coconut and avocado, how much do you have to eat to cover too much fluctuating blood sugar levels. |
| RRM 05-11-2003 04:05 PM | Simon, The general guideline is 1 gram fat with every 2 grams sugars (glucose etc). So, all you need to do is checking our the foods that you eat: How much sugars and fat do they contain? Check this out: http://www.3.waisays.com/carbs-fat.htm RRM |
