| moydodyr 05-06-2003 12:09 AM | Most important question I have about the proposed diet: if you dont eat carbohydrates and sugar, where does the energy come from? I do quite intensive physical exercise everyday and if I dont load up on carbos(bread, spaghetti, rice, etc..), I feel weak and start losing weight. In fact, your diet is very similar to Atkins diet, great for losing weight, but what about not losing weight and doing a lot of exercise? How is this possible without carbos? |

Fruit is mostly sugar and carbs (plus a little fat and some protein). So if you eat enough fruit you get all the sugar and carbs that you need. In fact it is easy to gain weight on this diet if that is what you want...especially when you drink enough o.j. with oil. |
