Wai hi,

You said one shouln't brush his teeth directly after drinking OJ... why is that?? what is the mechanism?

Are there any other fruites that require special attention? or that influence outer organs like nails hair teeth, eyes in a specialy good/bad way??

and also, my eyes are very bloody... it was always a sign for me that I am tensed... now (under the diet) it is a little better... wanted to know though whether there is any way to make the eyes more clear (=less red/bloody on the white area)

With eternal admiration and deepest respect... Yours, Gav.

then the acids from the juice are still in your mucus, and brushing your teeth will remove the small layer of plague on your teeth that protect your teeth against those acids
so, you also shouldnt drink juice right after having brushed your teeth

it is also best to consume sweet fruits and juices only, and no acidic ones (no lemon, lime, unripe fruits)

about your eyes, i have no idea... except that you shouldnt be awake after midnight, that you should get enough sleep and should be outdoors enough
