| engesongwok 03-17-2003 06:16 PM | How do you keep on the diet? I just ate a burrito, and now I don't feel so good. I seem to suddenly have cravings for Cooked food of any kind, especially for meat or cheese...fortunately, I haven't eaten those yet, but beans and rice for now seem to satisfy the cravings...I want the optimium diet, but I seem to be able only keep it for a few weeks at a time. |
| SB 03-18-2003 12:16 PM | Are you eating raw egg yolks? The first two months I did this diet I didn't eat the egg yolks and I had munch food cravings all the time. I often ended up eating too much munch food for one day, so I could not eat any the day after that. Since I started eating the yolks I hardly eat any munch food at all. Hope this helps. SB |

PS-I have a 'friend' that often points out that he has never had any health problems, eating plenty of cooked protein foods, wheat, he even can drink coffee and then go to sleep at night without any problem. I think he seems to like to yank my chain. He is 70 and hasn't had any medical problems other than high cholestrol. He also says that he NEVER heard of anyone having any problems with wheat, or allergies or cooked food his whole life. I often feel very discouraged by this constant negative input from him. (and he believes that I am pressuring him to change eating) I guess some people are 'blessed' with a body that forgives the abuses that are placed on them. |
