| AussieShep 03-19-2003 05:05 PM | Are all types of sugar non acne causing ? I alot of times like to put honey in my salads but am wondering about the regular granulated sugar. |
| Schmolch 03-19-2003 05:42 PM | As far as i understand the regular sugar is just 100% sucrose and sucrose is as well in fruits (together with fructose) and therefore absolutely ok and not causing akne or having any other bad effects. ![[Smile]](../smile.gif) |
