| Cheryl2002 03-19-2003 07:44 AM | Dear Wai, sorry...I know from your book that you don't advocate supplements, however I am really concerned about lack of anti-oxidants etc from the diet......whilst on your diet, can I still take the above supplements? I think they serve well for growing old gracefully and are indeed good for our health on a long term basis? Do correct em if I am wrong. Thank you!!!! |
