| jhontry 03-04-2003 09:56 PM | i find this exel table to calibrate fats with carbohydrates in one of the members topics' for example when i put 4 oranges it tells me that i should eat 24.3 brazil nuts, is this right? because i think is way too much nuts btw how do you weight fruits or nuts? thanks ![]() |
| Wai 03-07-2003 01:13 PM | ehrr, that is not ours it seems too much to me too... simply submit 4 oranges to the nutrient calculator, and then count the amount of carbs. Then add nuts until the fat weighs up to the carbs... (roughly 1 gram fat for every 2 grams carbs) |
