| Testament 01-24-2003 08:02 PM | I have just started today the sample diet and i want to get it right the first time. Today I had: 2 bananas, 2 apples followed by shelled nuts or salad. My question is concerning the use of soap when washing yourself. My reason for ridding myself of acne is 70% because of the acne on my shoulders, arms and back but find it hard to wash without using soap... so today all I did was soak the areas quickly without soap, as I did with the face. What is everyone using to keep the shoulders, back and chest clean? I have heard rose water and cucumber juice before but is there something easier? Thanks for any resonse. |
| Testament 01-24-2003 08:03 PM | I also started with one egg yolk today, how should I progress conerning egg yolks? I am an 18 year old male with silghtly over moderate acne on my face, neck, shoulders, back and chest. 156lbs 5'9 - 5'10 |

Much, much more. You can feed your diet through the nutrient calculator to see about how much you need to eat. You might think it's a lot, but remember that many fruits consist largely of water. quote:I will leave this for someone else... quote:I recommend you read this this Q and A answer. Point #11 addresses this. quote:I don't recall ever having seeing raisins with hydrogenated oil in them... that really doesn't sound right (or good), but I can't say authoratively. I'd suggest looking for a different brand. (Also be aware that some raisins are dried using much heat, which potentially can cause problems. I am presently unaware, however, of how to know this for certain, aside from attributing a break out to them.) Hope that helps, Brian |
