| wr_uae 12-12-2002 09:57 AM | 15 years of acne and I'm just now starting to get slowly somewhere! After radically changing my diet 2 years ago, although things have improved without the aid of antibiotics or topicals I'm still no nearer to finding out If a particular food, food group, or hormones are causing it! The diet I'm on at the moment focuses on 1. elemination Mucus from the body 2. balancing hormones (the zone diet - worth a read!!!) Still getting acne mainly on my back now but its the deep kind! I have a question! The diet I'm on at the moment and one I was on before stressed egg yolks were not to be used at all, so how come your diet is so different?....and there seems to be on mention of cutting out any of Mucus forming foods in the early or later stages. If I have no luck with the diet I'm on at the moment, then I will use your diet Can you give me some advice please Thanks Wayne |
