What is the recommended daily amounts of Protein for everyone?
Is it safe to eat all your daily amounts of protein from just nuts only or a combination of nuts and eggs??

Fruits also contain protein.
To absorb sufficient energy, you need to consume many pounds of fruits, and thus you will also absorb tens of grams of protein.
So, your protein will come from all the food that you eat.
If you eat no egg yolks or fish, you need to eat fruits plus Brazil nuts (other nuts wount do).
If you eat egg yolks or fish too (besides the fruits), you don't need to worry about protein intake at all.

But do you know the amount of Protein someone needs per day??

How many brazil nuts would I need to take daily in addition to the 2 or 3 egg yolks daily for my Protein Requirement ?

Then I need to know that person's lean body weight and age
AND: I also need to know what foods he eats; For example (yes, a ridiculous example, but anyway), if he eats only white beans compared to eating beef only, then he needs to eat 80% more protein to ingest the same amount of amino acids that he can use for construction purposes.

You can never only eat 2 or 3 egg yolks and some Brazil nuts because that will never supply you with enough energy, so you always have to eat lots of fruits too, and fruits also contain protein.
If you eat fruits and 1 to 2 handfulls of Brazil nuts only (supplying you with all the energy that you need), you will already ingest all the protein that you need. Consuming some egg yolks too, you will absorb more protein.

To meet your protein (amino acid) requirements, you don't even need to consume Brazil nuts if you eat 3 egg yolks a day... (if you also eat enough fruits for energy of course)

Please submit your version of my diet to our nutrient calculator. You will see that if that diet meets your energy requirements, it also meets your protein requirements... (you need to submit your age and sex; RDAs are given)
