What if there's a day you don't have access to fat but eat a lot of fruit? Yesterday I was able to eat half an avocado after one meal, but the rest of the day was fruit fruit fruit. (Bananas, oranges, pears) Is this going to affect anything besides acne if my body reacts to the high blood sugar levels?
Also, if a person is exercising and they get a snack break, is it best to eat a piece of fruit and go on with their exercise, or must they eat fat afterwards?
Thanks

Your blood sugar level will be less stable.
This does not have to be bad if you manage to eat bits of food / juices constantly, so that your blood sugar does not fluctuate too much.
But if it does fluctuate too much, you will experience moodswings, swings in energy level (from feeling energetic to tiredness), and in some acne patients (in those the blood sugar level is less trictly regulated by hormones such as insulin and glucagon) new acne may be caused.

At that point carbs (sugars) are most essential; they feed the muscles, so you better load up on carbs. Whole fruits are not that effective, for not containing that much sugars. Fruit juices are more effective (especially with some sugar added)
