Dear Miss Wai,

I just discovered your website today and I am extremely impressed that you helping people for free to get rid of this problem. You are beautiful on the outside and on the inside.

I am basically willing to anything it takes to have perfectly clear skin no matter how challenging. I am ready to try this sample diet but here is what I am confused about:

You state that I can consume ONLY these foods and nothing else:

* loads of well-ripened fresh fruits; as much as you want
* a tomato-cucumber-avocado-chives salad covered with lots of extra virgin olive oil
* some sashimi (=sushi without rice) from fish that has NOT been in the freezer

- but in a paragraph right below you state that I can also consume egg yolks and Brazil nuts. So this is what I am confused about. If you can answer this I will get started immediatly. Thanks.

Yes, you are right, that is a bit unclear.
You can eat fresh raw egg yolks instead of the fresh raw fish. (or both)
In many languages, fruits can also include nuts and vegetable fruits, or just 'real' fruits alone.
But, yes, you can also consume real raw nuts; nuts that come in the shell, and that you need to shell by hand.

I have no way of getting either brazil nuts or raw fish, so I have been eating raw egg yolks every day with my fruit, avocados, and olive oil. Is there anything I am missing by not eating fish or brazil nuts?

No, you are probably not missing out on something; fruits and egg yolks combined can perfectly supply you with all required nutrients.
