What you need are: A: All kind of fruits (check out the best fruit combinations) B: Brazil nuts or Macadamia nuts, or other raw nuts (nuts bought in the shell) C: avocado D: a tomato-cucumber salad E: Fresh raw animal food; fresh raw egg yolks or fresh raw fish F: extra virgin (=cold pressed) olive oil, or extra virgin flax seed oil for example. If you are not vegan, the avocado and Brazil nuts are less essential. Submit your version of the diet to our nutrient calculator to make sure that you are absorbing all essential nutrients. |
