A short question.. What's the maximum time in between eating fruit and eating fat ?

I suppose that when you wait 30 minutes, it's too late and the bloodsugar levels will start to fluctuate already.

05:37 AM		Indeed, you need to eat the fat with, or directly after the fruits, and shouldn't wait at all.
