| zubizo 08-29-2002 06:12 PM | what do you think of carbonic sports drinks, such as lucozade. They are all glucose, but it says they contain protein (trace). If i drink this will this count as a munch-food item, and will i have to have a few bites of salad afterwards. Day 7 is just, drawing to a close and the acne of my back, neck and chest has improved, but face has not. |

The moment your skin is clear, you can start experimenting with the lucozade (or others) You can easily make an effective sports drink yourself: fresh orange juice with sugar and some (to your taste) oil added. quote:Hang on in there; the back, neck and face are the first to clear; your face can take much longer. (and if you cheat, it will have effects on your face, generally not on your back, chest or neck) The most important thing is that you are seeing some improvement. No the only question is how long it takes before you are clear ![]() |
