However, I have been eating avocado's with a wee bit of salt for taste and I also have been taking a supplement known as HA from purity products. The supplement description is as follows: The ultimate HA formula contains the highest quality Hylaronic Acid in a high performance 10% extract made from patented BioCell Collagen II. It is now available in a naturally occuring synergistic combination of low molecular weight Chrondroitin Sulfate and Collagen Type II peptides to support joint, skin health, and more. The supplement facts are as follows: Vitamin C(as magnesium ascorbate) 120mg, Magnesium (as magnesium ascorbate)10mg, Hyloronic acid 150mg, Chrondroitin Sulfate 300mg, BioCell Collagen II 1500mg, Calcium-Magnesium Inositol Hexaphoshpate 75mg, Quercetin Dihydrate 150mg, Horsetail Extract( aerial parts)45mg, Silica 3mg, Gelatin, Rice powder, and magnesium stearate. Also, I must let you know that I have been removing the powder from the capsule. One last thing, is it okay to eat dried fruit that has been preserved in sulfur dioxide.
