First of all; you are here for acne, right?
Well, peanut butter sandwich and vegetable soup can eaily cause acne, so, you shouldn't eat them while on the sample diet.

Regarding healthy eating, there are some reasons why I can say that eating such cooked foods is not healthy, such as trans fatty acids, heterocyclic amines and oxysterols

But you were asking:

It can be okay, if those foods supply you with everything you need, and as little / no bad substances, though it is always advisable to vary your diet a bit.
Regarding fresh raw animal food, For example: egg yolks are very high in almost all essential nutrients (except for the vitamin C, beta-carotene that are contained in fruits), but not in vitamin B3, while fresh raw fish is very high in B3, but not so much in good cholesterol.
Alternating fish with egg yolk (or combining them), therefore gives you the best results. (regarding nutrient intake)
