For the strangest reason when I am off the diet my acne goes away. However, when I'm on the diet little pimples form on my face. Why does this happen? Should I stay on it or should I get off of it? Will these pimples go away in time? Also, is this phenomenon caused by the sudden diet change? [Mad]

The diet decreases water retention.
The less water retention, the less the sebum canals are pinched off. And when the canals are not pinched off, the sebum and pus that had accumulated, can now reach the surface of the skin. That is why most people experience whiteheads in the first few days (up to over a week) of being on the diet.
If you then stay on the diet very strictly, the acne goes away, including the whiteheads.

If you do a 'jojo version of my diet', by going on and off the diet, the sebum and pus will accumulate in your skin during the days that you are off the diet, and will surface the skin when you are on the diet.
So, the days off the diet cause the accumulation of the pus / sebum, and this is released to the surface of the skin during the days that you are off the diet.

Going on and off my diet is the most confusing thing that you can do.
Since you, at this point, don't have the willpower to stay totally on the diet, or you simply don't want to, I advice to go totally off the diet.
Why?
Because then your acne eventually will come back, as you had it before you started my diet. Then, at a certain point, you will want to eliminate your acne again, whatever it takes.
So, then you will have the willpower to maintain my diet (again).
The moment you are going back on my diet; please remember to either stay on my diet, or off, and no 'jojoing'.
